SIDE EFFECTS/HARM OF CELLPHONE/MOBILE ADDICTION

these days imagining life without mobile phones is next to  impossible but still it is not impossible. After reading this article , do take a break from this dangerous addiction.



excessive use of mobile phone causes


1) tinnitus (ringing in the ears) & ear drum damage



2) Increases Risk Of Eye Vision Problems- 

 Screens on mobile devices tend to be smaller than computer screens, which means you are more likely to squint and strain your eyes while reading messages.


3) Increases Risk Of Chronic Pain-

 Responding to messages at rapid speed can cause pain and inflammation of your joints,including your neck & spine.

4) Increases Stress Levels-

The high frequency of cell phone use can have negative effects on our stress levels.
These signs include paranoia when the teens were without their phone and consistent worry that they would miss a message when their phone was turned off.


 Some other symptoms may include problems at school from constant phone use, having strong and irrational reactions to losing or forgetting a phone, or feeling uncomfortable when not using a phone.

when you keep your phone close to your face, a friction between the face and the surface of the phone is created, which damage the skin

6) Can cause cancer-
mobile phone emits radio waves burns the tissues in the body and thereby causes damages in the body system which later leads to cancer. (e.g -glioma and meningioma, )


7) damage to reproduction system-
excessive usage can affect the quality of semen in men by reducing viability and sperm count. (specially the vibration mode is really dangerous )

8) Sleep Problems- may cause insomnia


9) Depression-

excessively use cell phones may be more prone to depression, anxiety and low self-esteem.

The study confirmed longer (slower) response times to a spatial working memory task when exposed to RFR from a standard GSM cellular phone



11) Social & behavioural Effects-


-makes people introvert or sometime to Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)

some rude people who speak loudly in public places , particularly in libraries, trains and theatres
